Depending on different device configuration, the effective utilization of construction waste can reach 80-100%, with no secondary pollution. It can achieve near-zero pollution and zero emissions ideal environmental effects. The user can also select fixed building waste crushing production line according to the requirements of the construction.

Working principle

Initially screened construction wastes were transported into the vortex impact crusher by a vibrator feeder then needless iron materials could be removed by magnetic separator in the course of transmission and finished product to be screened by a round vibrating sieve (1-4 layers freedom of choice). Unqualified coarse material returned eddy impact crusher for second crushing again.
