All dogs & cats that live in Coppell are required to be registered with the city annually. They must display both a current city tag and current rabies tag on their collars at all times. To register your pet, you may visit any veterinarian or the City of Coppell Animal Services Center (must provide proof of current Rabies vaccination).

Each dog and cat ages four months and older, in every household, need to be registered.

– City Registration Fee: $5-$15
– $5 if animal is microchipped
-$10 if animal is not microchipped but is spayed/neutered
-$15 if animal is not microchipped or spayed/neutered

Submit a copy of your pet’s current rabies vaccination certificate and microchip information (if applicable), and make a check payable to Irving Animal Services.

CARROLLTON

All pets (cats and dogs) must be registered with the City of Carrollton Animal Services Division. The City registration fees are as follows: To register a pet, proof of current rabies vaccination as well as proof of sterilization, if applicable, must be shown. City registrations are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually.

-Spayed/Neutered animals: $5 per year
-Intact animals: $20 per year

LEWISVILLE

City of Lewisville ordinances require all dogs, cats, and ferrets that are 4 or more months old to be registered with animal services annually. To obtain an animal registration certificate and tag:

– City registration. (If within Lewisville city limits) $ 5.00
– City registration for unsterilized animals $ 25.00

*You must be at least 18 years old.
*You must provide written proof that a veterinarian has vaccinated the animal against rabies within the last 365 (Rabies certificate)
*You must pay the annual registration fee, which is currently $5.00 per year for each dog, cat, or ferret being registered.
*You may obtain your registration certificate and tag in person by going to the City Animal Shelter at 995 E. Valley Ridge Blvd. during regular business hours, or you may obtain them by mail at:

To obtain a registration certificate and tag by mail you will need to send the following:
*Your name, address, and contact phone numbers.
*A legible copy of your written proof that the animal being registered has been vaccinated against rabies by a
veterinarian within the last 365 days.
*A description of the animal being registered if it is not listed on your proof of rabies vaccination.
*$5.00 for each animal to be registered.

Town of Flower Mound ordinances require that all pets be registered annually. The free pet registration can be completed at the Animal Adoption Center and the Flower Mound Police Department during standard business hours. In addition, registrations can be processed via mail, fax, and at various animal clinics. Proof of current rabies vaccination from a veterinarian is required when registering your pet.

Register your pet:
– Download and complete the registration form, then fax to 972.874.6475. Include proof of rabies vaccination when submitting.
